MoveInProof keeps your rental records and photos on your phone. It has no internet access, so nothing leaves your phone unless you share a report yourself.
Everything you make in MoveInProof is saved only on your phone, in the app's private storage:
We (the developer) never receive any of this.
Nothing, unless you choose to share. MoveInProof does not have the Internet permission, so it cannot send anything off your phone by itself.
When you share a PDF report (for example, by email to your landlord), it goes only to the app and people you pick. That is you sharing it, not the app.
There is no billing in this version. The Pro screen is only a preview.
MoveInProof does not request internet, location, or contacts permissions.
Google Play and Android may collect information as part of downloading and running apps (for example, install counts and crash reports you agree to share with Google). That is covered by Google's privacy policy, not by this app. We do not add any extra tracking.
We do not sell, rent, or trade any information. The app has no ads, no analytics or tracking tools, and no account or sign-in.
MoveInProof is a general-audience app and is not directed at children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, because it has no internet access and everything stays on the phone.
You can delete rentals, photos, and reports in the app. To remove everything at once, go to your phone's Settings > Apps > MoveInProof > Storage > Clear storage (or Clear data), or uninstall the app. Uninstalling deletes all of the app's data from your phone. Reports you already shared stay with whoever you sent them to. Because we never receive your data, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.
If a future version of MoveInProof changes how it handles data, we will update this page and the effective date before that version is released.
